NCFC Awarded $10,000 Through Lord Mayor’s Safer Suburbs Grant
We’re proud to announce that NCFC has been awarded a $10,000 grant as part of the 2024-25 Lord Mayor’s Safer Suburbs initiative, which supports projects aimed at enhancing security for community-leased facilities.

What a great night. Some of our dedicated team of volunteers who attended the function included, coaches, assistant coaches, managers, club referees and game leaders, canteen staff, maintenance staff, committee members and other volunteers.
The venue and staff were fabulous. Everyone enjoyed themselves and loved the food buffet.

Crime impacting our local communities
Sergio Giavon (NCFC President) was invited to a local "victims of crime" meeting to share how the club was impacted by the recent theft and damage of its copper cables from the sports field lighting systems at their Bridgeman Downs community sporting complex.
Several people from the local and wider communities also shared their own personal experiences.

Grant Recipient - Funding towards new equipment shed
Brisbane City Council's Lord Mayor’s Better Suburbs Grants program
NCFC's new maintenance equipment shed has just been completed after many years of planning.
We are very grateful for having received grant funding towards the cost of construction and power to the shed from the Brisbane City Council's Lord Mayor’s Better Suburbs Grants program. The program supports not-for-profit community organisations to deliver projects and activities across the city and to maintain, improve and develop community facilities.

Congratulations to our Finalists for the 2023 Community Athlete with a Disability Award
William Davis (Finalist) - Northside Christian Football Club Inc.
10-year-old William had to stop playing midway through the 2023 season due to a rare disorder which sees him suffer significant pain from the impacts of running on his body.
Despite being unable to help physically on the field, William wanted to remain an integral part of the team for the remainder of the season and became the 'Player Manager', doing a brilliant job helping his teammates work on their mentality.
This award will be presented at the upcoming Football in Queensland Awards Night as we celebrate the outstanding achievements of individuals and clubs from every level of the game.

Thank you!!!! NCFC are very grateful to have been awarded $1,300.00 funding from Kedron-Wavell Ltd's Community Grants Program 2023.
We’ll be using the funds to purchase two Ferno Emergency Pole Stretchers for our players. We thank Kedron-Wavell Ltd for supporting our club.
